Samurai Champloo

This anime was really interesting. When I first started watching it, I thought this was like the
Samurai Japan version of Boondocks.Nothing uninteresting happened in this anime it made me want to watch the whole series in one day,but sadly for me their aren't enough hours in the day for that.

Samurai Champloo is about two samurais and a teenage waitress named Fuu.It starts out with her doing her usual thing in the restaurant when these two thugs start causing trouble she wants them to stop before things turn really ugly but knows that if she does, she'll most likely end up being killed in the process. That's when she notices this rough looking character, who we later know is named Mugen, relaxing in the back of the restaurant. She asks him to help her because she noticed that he was a samurai and might have the skill to stop them.Fuu's innocent nature led her to believe that he'll stop them from the goodness of his heart but shockingly learns that he'll stop them for a VERY large order of dumplings that he gets for free.Fuu is shocked by this guy's attitude but has little choice in the matter and agrees. While Mugen takes care of the men that's when our next heroine comes in.

Jin is a reserved and cool looking samurai who comes into the mix and right off the bat the two samurais hate each other. They get so mad at each other that they get ready to fight to the death but get kicked out before that happens.Later, the young waitress asks that both of them to help her find a man that smells like sunflowers and if they do they'll be rewarded. That,my friends, is how our little trio comes together on their journey.

These three get into so much trouble that I fear that one day their luck will run out. But,I guess lady luck likes them a lot because they can get out of trouble as easily as they can get into it.I really liked the episode where Jin and Mugen tried to ditch Fuu,so they wouldn't have to help her anymore but it seems fate won't let them separate for long.Even though, they went their separate ways circumstances led them to come right back together.I loved their reactions to when they all ended up seeing each other again, Fuu was so pissed at them because she knew that this was partly their fault because they ditched her.

This show has such a gangster like theme to it that I can't help but laugh.I also liked the art and the theme music in the beginning. It was very enjoyable to watch and I would definitely recommend everyone to put this show on their 'must watch' list.

Thanks for Reading!
